romantic place great investment good place to get away and relax

every village is interconnected in between with these stairs

and all the trees in between this is beautiful this is dormilona
everything is made of wood and look at this then that’s your neighbors that’s
another thing I noticed it in between you and the neighbors you don’t feel any
invasion of your view everyone has a different kind of view and you feel the
private for sure nobody interfere when you’re walking through here
go straight and that’s your unit and all the trees above you keep the
shade and the plate always is cool

now look at this this is a beautiful Studio concept because you have the
master bed here right there you have the view slide doors that connects to you
with a balcony and when you open the doors the bathrooms in one side and the
shower the single showers on the other side keep it separate but gives that
sense of romantic it’s very romantic all the wood and the color of a natural wood
provides a warm and cozy environment you know what things like this it’s not
really hard for me to explain why it’s so special when you find a property you
decide you’re the one who will tell me Carlos that’s what I’m looking I don’t
need to sell you anything you need to see it by yourself if this place it has

a place where you can bring your couple or your family or you want to share

when you were thinking about you know looking for a Ocean View Property when
everything together with all the amenities all the features walking
distance from the bay or from the ocean obviously and you know what this place
is really something special and unique because when they started doing this
development they thought about catching that impressive Ocean View you can see
the hills the rocks and the cliff but one of the things really kept and is the
most amazing feature of it is the vegetation in all the trees if you’re
driving from Managua go to Rivers then rivers go to Tola and then you come all
the way here roads are in excellent conditions and the drive is so
comfortable because you’re going to see The Villages you’re going to see the
cities as soon as you get to the door you can tell security is really high
level 24 7. they have water internet water heater and pressure pump so you
will never feel the difference when you come in from other countries and you
come here take a look at the kitchen the kitchen it’s a it’s like a boutique
kitchen that is very Compact and very functional
