the living room is always a place where your kids and your family gonna enjoy
and they let a nice open space here catching all the breeze looking at space
for the garden and connecting to the kitchen and a nice size TV I ceiling
with industrial ceiling fan that makes this place comfortable and very very fun
and the other part you have the dining area that also connect with another
extra living room

regular stove a fridge this house is ideal if you have a if you are a single
person or a couple that is looking to relocate in Granada if you have a kit
also it’s perfect because you have two bedrooms two and a half bathrooms and

every time you see a housing in another people always say Carlos can I have a
swimming pool in my Colonial home yes you can actually this is one of the best
feature you can have when you’re ready to rent a house in Granada if you’re
looking to invest for Airbnb or rental passive incomes that’s a very important
feature the city itself it’s about you know 90 degrees Fahrenheit so that’s
very important and here because they LED open space always the water
gonna be warm and perfect this is about six meters by two Guy this is a place
you would really enjoy all the time let’s go

interested the way they set up the two bedrooms with the two bathrooms here is
the room for your kids or your friends or somebody that is visiting you the
master suite is the very back with a balcony overlooking the street with a
beautiful well done bathrooms I can tell how the owner decided to put something

classes everything is looking really nice the place inviting you and it’s
feel very homey and cozy location that’s another feature that I can tell it’s a
big plus walking distance is like four blocks away from the center and only one
block from La Casada and if you want to go and do some exercise to the lake it’s
just right there another four blocks so the place is really well done
